Rich Craven is the Chief Executive Officer of Opseva, where he leads the company’s strategy, operations, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

With more than 30 years in the technology industry, including over two decades at Oracle Corporation, Rich has spent his career helping organizations modernize their digital environments, improve operational efficiency, and adopt technology that truly supports their mission.

The idea for Opseva began with a simple but telling conversation. A close friend who led a nonprofit organization was struggling with rising security risks, excessive printer and telephony costs, and unreliable support from a national managed services provider. Rich immediately saw what was missing: availability, accountability, and a customer-first approach.

Opseva was founded to be the alternative—delivering a secure, transparent, and cost-controlled digital office model that organizations can rely on. Today, Rich continues to work closely with clients and partners to ensure Opseva delivers real, measurable value across Managed IT, cybersecurity, managed print, VOIP, and cloud services.

Education & Community Service

Rich is a graduate of Auburn University and is deeply committed to service and community involvement. Outside of Opseva, he is an NRA-certified pistol and shotgun instructor, volunteers with the U.S. Coast Guard, and previously served as an Arizona Ranger—reflecting his lifelong dedication to discipline, leadership, and service.
