Richard Craven

Rich Craven serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Opseva, where he oversees the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With more than 30 years in the technology industry—including 20+ years at Oracle Corporation—Rich has a distinguished record of driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and helping organizations modernize their digital environments.

The vision for Opseva began during a conversation with his best friend, who led a non-profit and was struggling with security concerns, high printer and telephony costs, and inconsistent service from his existing MSP. Rich recognized there was a better way—one rooted in availability, security, and a truly customer-focused digital office model. He founded Opseva to provide businesses with a reliable, transparent, and cost-controlled alternative for IT support, managed print, VOIP systems, and cloud services.

Rich works closely with clients, partners, and the Opseva leadership team to ensure operational excellence while shaping the company’s long-term vision. He is known for his decisive leadership, strong business acumen, and dedication to helping organizations of all sizes leverage technology more effectively.

Rich is a graduate of Auburn University and remains deeply committed to building a company grounded in integrity, service, and measurable value. Outside of his professional role, Rich is an NRA-certified pistol and shotgun instructor, volunteers for the U.S. Coast Guard, and previously served as an Arizona Ranger, reflecting his passion for service, discipline, and community engagement.
